12 Herbs for Treatment of ADHD

ADHD, short for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, is a chronic condition that is most often found in in children, but can also affect adults.

The signs of ADHD become very apparent whenever a sufferer tries to perform a task requiring focused mental ability.

Combinations of herbs have been used to treat the symptoms of ADHD with much success. While some people do require the use of prescription drugs to treat ADHD, herbs have worked for many others.
